This does still require a lot of setups, which is why it doesnt rank higher than this, but I can see a lot of decks wanting this card and also finding it very rewarding to build around it as the commander
Not only is it a very strong card, but it only costs 1 white mana, meaning it can easily be played at turn 1 and stay active for an entire game
Many of the cards in this set tell awesome stories that hit perfectly if you know the context
But personally, I think that with the right mana ramping on its side, Tifas could be a real game-ender
